Tommy arrived at my home on time and ready to work. He was very friendly, courteous and respectful. As the repairs progressed he kept me informed of the progress and worked diligently to completion and success. He took the time to drive and pick up necessary parts to complete the needed repairs. I appreciate his hard work and my AC is running like new.

My AC was not working and called Croaker. I got an immediate response and call to determine the fastest time possible to access the AC. The technician on call was knowledgeable and very thorough. I was able to have my AC working again the same day. With parts readily available and with the technician. I would recommend them highly!

We had to have both of our AC units replaced, as well we had them install splitters in each of two bedrooms upstairs since they tend to run hotter, best decision we ever made, so glad they recommended them. We had a great experience with all staff. Our salesman, Wayne was very knowledgeable and helpful with what we needed and Landon, Randy, Kyron and Tommy the crew that worked at house were extremely professional, respectful and personable. Would highly recommend this company.

I called Croaker, and they were at my residence within 15 minutes! My A/C was not draining properly, and I was worried about overflow from the inside. The technician took care of the problem, and instructed me how the overflow worked on my unit to prevent water overflow problems. This was my first experience with Croaker Heating & Air, but it definitely won't be the last. The technician was very courteous, efficient, and informative.

I had a new HVAC system installed including added insulation and duct cleaning. I am very satisfied with the equipment and service provided. I would especially like to thank Landon, Tommy, Kryan, Travis, Cesar and Dash for their workmanship and conduct through out the installation. Great job!
