Tommy arrived at my home on time and ready to work. He was very friendly, courteous and respectful. As the repairs progressed he kept me informed of the progress and worked diligently to completion and success. He took the time to drive and pick up necessary parts to complete the needed repairs. We had to have both of our AC units replaced, as well we had them install splitters in each of two bedrooms upstairs since they tend to run hotter, best decision we ever made, so glad they recommended them. I called Croaker, and they were at my residence within 15 minutes! My A/C was not draining properly, and I was worried about overflow from the inside. The technician took care of the problem, and instructed me how the overflow worked on my unit to prevent water overflow problems. This was my first experience with Croaker Heating & Air, but it definitely won't be the last. The technician was very courteous, efficient, and informative.
